This gourmet kit includes:

Beef cheek: (with or without prior thawing): Plunge the unopened bag into a pot of boiling water until the product is hot (about 20 minutes without thawing). Sarladaise potatoes: In a frying pan: without thawing and without adding fat, heat over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring regularly. In the oven: preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Place frozen potatoes on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C/400°F. Chocolate Fondants: Do not thaw before baking. Remove packaging and reheat in microwave for 40 seconds. Baking time may vary depending on oven.
