Pretzel cucumber sandwich

2 authentic Cool&Simple pretzels

• 2mL (½ tsp) fleur de sel

• 2mL (½ tsp.) dried basil

• Pepper to taste

• 60mL (¼ cup) garlic herb cream cheese

• 1 Lebanese cucumber

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

2. Meanwhile, mix the seasonings in a small bowl and scatter on a plate.

3. Moisten the pretzels with a little water then press them into the seasoning mixture.

4. Place in the oven for about 2 minutes to warm them up and help the seasonings stick to the pretzels.

5. In the meantime, cut the cucumber into thin slices lengthwise to form strips.

6. Cut pretzels open, then spread generously with cream cheese, garnish with cucumber.

7. Enjoy!
