Prepared in Quebec with premium ingredients, our polenta pairs perfectly with confit dishes or saucy mains—it goes particularly well with Italian or Provençal recipes and poultry. Eat it as it is or melt grated cheese on it. Alternatively, you can pour it into a rectangular mould, harden it in the refrigerator, cut it into fun shapes, and brown it in a pan or the oven.
