Cook from frozen. In a conventional oven: preheat oven to 180 °C/350 °F. Remove plastic film and heat the tray for 30 to 35 minutes. Then, remove top and continue heating for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour the sauce over the dish and stir before serving. In a microwave oven: remove plastic film and top and heat the tray for 8 to 12 minutes at maximum power.
