Preheat the oven in 200 °C/390 °F. Cook without preliminary defrosting during 8 - 10 minutes.
Dough: wheat flour, rye flour, sunflower seeds, salt, yeast, soya, flax seeds, crushed soya, guar gum, malt wheat flour, sesame, wheat dextrose, wheat gluten, lactic acid, malt extract (barley malt, water), acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono- and di-glycerides, sodium phosphate, roasted malt wheat flour, whey, ascorbic acid. Topping: sesame seeds, squash seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds.
