Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 10 days. Do not refreeze. In a frying pan: Heat 1 tsp of oil over medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes per side. On the BBQ: Preheat at the maximum setting with the lid down. Reduce to minimum intensity and place the burgers on the bottom grill. Cover and cook for 4 minutes on each side. The internal temperature must reach 74°C / 165°F.
