In a pan: remove packaging and place the sausages in a pan. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, changing side from time to time. In a conventional oven: Place the rack on the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Remove from packaging and place on an oven dish. Cook for approximately 10 minutes changing side from time to time.
