Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 218°C (425°F). Once it reaches temperature, place wings on a baking sheet in a single layer on the middle oven rack. Bake for 15-20 minutes turning once. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Cook wings until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). Air fryer: Preheat the fryer to 204ºC (400ºF). Place the cauliflower wings evenly in the fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes. Make sure the product reaches a final temperature of 74ºC (165ºF). Let stand for 1 minute before serving
