Our mango passion fruit pie with coconut meringue is delicate and dazzlingly exotic. It’s composed of a crunchy pure-butter shortbread base, a mouth-watering mango and passion fruit jelly, and topped with a light mousse and coconut meringue. This passion fruit-mango-coconut pie caps off your next meal in style! Why Fauchon Paris? Take the pie out of the freezer and remove it from its wrapping. Gently unmould it and place it on a serving platter. Before serving, let it thaw in the refrigerator for around 4 hours or leave at room temperature for 1 – 2 hours.
