Preparation Mode : Preheat oven to 480ºF (250ºC). Remove the frozen tarte flambée from its packaging and place directly on the rack in the middle of the oven. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes. The tarte flambée is cooked when the pastry is firm and the edges have a nice golden color. Cooking times may vary according to oven.
