12 mini burgers : Defrost burgers in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 150 C / 300 °F. Place burgers on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Reheat 6 to 9 minutes or until the center is warm.
4 Crab Cakes : Thaw in the fridge during 8 hours. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Remove from packaging and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cook for approximately 15 to 18 minutes in the middle of the oven.
4 Artisanal Beer Sausages : Thaw in the refrigerator for 24h. BBQ: remove packaging and place the sausages on the barbecue grid. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, changing side from time to time. In a pan: remove packaging and place the sausages in a pan. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, changing side from time to time. In a conventional oven: Place the rack on the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Remove from packaging and place on an oven dish. Cook for approximately 10 minutes changing side from time to time.
2 Pretzel Half-Baguettes : Thaw 1 hour and serve, or garnish and serve.
Sarladaise Potatoes : In a pan: without adding any fat, cook from frozen over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring regularly. In a traditional oven: preheat the oven to 200 °C/400 °F. Place the frozen potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake on middle oven rack for 15 to 18 minutes.
10 Choco-Hazelnut Mini Beignet : Thaw 1 hour at ambient temperature. Consume within 3 days of thawing.
Fauchon Raspberry Tart : Without previous thawing, remove tart from the mould and place on a plate. Thaw for 4 hours in the refrigerator and serve.
Lemon Sorbet : Keep at -18°C / 0°F.
