Plunge frozen into salted boiling water (1L of water for 100 g of pasta). Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Stir from time to time. Gently drain. Add dressing and serve.
Pasta: durum wheat semolina, eggs, water. Filling: ricotta cheese (whey, salt, lactic acid), black truffle, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (milk, salt, rennet), whole milk, bread crumbs (wheat flour), salt and flavouring. May contain: nuts, fish and shellfish, sesame.
