How to prepare our frozen mussels
Our precooked frozen mussels can be prepared in two ways. The fastest option is to perforate the bag and put it in the microwave for 6 minutes.
Alternatively, you can boil the bag (without piercing it) for 5 to 7 minutes, then remove the thawed blue mussels and simmer them for 6 to 14 minutes in your favourite sauce (mussels marinara, mussels in white wine, curry, garlic and herbs, etc.).
Serve with a garden salad or gourmet fries, and you're done!
