An individual lunch that will make your taste buds travel all the way to Thailand! Our vegetarian pad thai is cooked artisanally in Quebec from fried noodles, egg, sprouted seeds and tofu. Yummy!

Cook from frozen. - In a conventional oven: Preheat oven to 180 °C / 350 °F. Remove plastic film and heat the tray for 25 to 30 minutes. - In a micro-wave oven: Remove plastic film and top and heat the tray for 6 to 8 minutes at maximum power.
Rice noodle, tofu, ketchup (tomato paste, sugar, white vinegar, salt, onion powder, spices), unsalted peanut, brown sugar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), bean sprouts, carrot, vegetable oil, egg, sriracha sauce (chili, sugar, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium bisulfites, xanthan gum), green onion.
