4 Cheese Pizza

Thin crust pizza from Provence. Baked in a wood-burning oven and topped with a southern France-style tomato sauce. With goat cheese, mozzarella, emmental and pecorino.

Remove all packaging. Leave the pizza at room temperature for 10 minutes while pre-heating the oven to 220 °C/425   °F. Place the pizza directly on the middle rack. Cook for 10  to 12 minutes. Just before serving, drizzle with plain or spicy olive oil.
