Remove all packaging. Leave the pizza at room temperature for 10 minutes while pre-heating the oven to 220°C / 425°F. Place the pizza directly on the middle rack. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Just before serving, drizzle with plain or spicy olive oil.
