Chicken simmered coq au vin style

A great classic of French cuisine, these tender pieces of chicken breast are slowly simmered in red wine, carrots, onions and mushrooms.

Do not defrost before cooking. Perforate the plastic wrap. Heat in microwave oven for about 5 minutes depending on the power of the oven. Allow to cool for 2 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and serve.
