Cook from frozen. In a conventional oven: Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Remove plastic film and top and heat the tray for 45 to 50 minutes. In a microwave oven: Remove plastic film and top and heat the tray for 10 to 15 minutes at maximum power.
Pork, pork stock (water, pork bone, carrot, celery, onion, herbs), onion, flour, garlic, nutmeg, bay leaf, salt, pepper. Contains: wheat. May contain: nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, eggs, milk, soy mustard, sulphites.
