Without thawing: Place the unopened pouch into boiling water for around 10 minutes. With thawing: Thaw the pouch in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or in the microwave oven 2 to 3 minutes. Thaw 1 hour in the refrigerator and serve.
