Our sausages are 100% natural; therefore, it is important to avoid boiling them for they will lose their flavor in water. Unfreeze in refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cook. You may either cook them on a grill at medium heat, in a pan or in the oven. Cook until the internal temperature reaches at least 74°C / 165°F
