- 2 cups Cool&Simple Chili Con Carne
- 1 cup dry brown rice
- 4 tablespoons sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 green onion, finely chopped

Preparation
- Heat the chili according to the package instructions.
- Cook the brown rice as per the package directions.
- In serving bowls, place the rice on one side and the chili on the other.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt, diced avocado, chopped green onion, and lime wedges.
- For an extra crunch, sprinkle crushed corn chips over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
