The birth of a unique concept
In 2009, our team tested a concept for a small store of delicious frozen products in our then-offices, an old textile factory in the up-and-coming Griffintown area, south of downtown Montreal. The spectacular transformation that this historic part of the city underwent afterwards sparked our creativity and inspired us to refresh the image of frozen foods. Today, our store has been replaced by the beautiful Marché Richmond! We love going back to feel the energy of this historic place!
