Delivery information

Delivery times and days: Choose your delivery time range when you order.

Respect of the cold chain: Respect of the cold chain is our priority! We make sure to keep your products frozen, from our freezers to your door. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your order will be waiting for you at the door.

Return and Exchange Policy: For online and in-store purchases, we will exchange or refund, in the original form of payment, any merchandise purchased within 10 days of purchase. We refund the product on presentation of the original invoice, in its original box following a problem related to the packaging or the quality of the product (damaged product, defrosted, taste or texture not in conformity, non-conformity of the recipe...).

- Minimum order to be delivered: 50$ (pick up at our stores is free with no minimum order)

- Orders under 100$: 15$ shipping cost

- Orders of 100$ and more: Free Delivery
