Delivery Information

Delivery Days and Hours: Choose your delivery day at the time of ordering. We deliver to Zone 1 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The North Shore is serviced on Tuesdays and Fridays, and the South Shore on Wednesdays. These delivery days are subject to change without notice.

Cold Chain Compliance: Maintaining the cold chain is our top priority! We ensure your products stay frozen from our freezers to your door using our freezer trucks. Please make sure to be present on your delivery day to transfer the products to your freezer upon receipt.

Return and Exchange Policy: For online and in-store purchases, we offer exchanges or refunds in the original payment method for any merchandise purchased within 10 days. We refund the product with the original receipt and in its original packaging for issues related to packaging or product quality (damaged product, defrosted, inconsistent taste or texture, recipe non-compliance, etc.).

In-Store Order Pickup: You can choose to place your order online at cool-simple.com and pick it up at one of our Cool&Simple stores for free. In-store pickup is only available at our stores.
