Welcome to Cool&Simple, a brand operated by Les Surgelés Cool&Simple, a division of Gastronomia Aliments Fins. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Here is important information about our terms of sale. It is your responsibility to read the following rules. By ordering from www.cool-simple.com, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions

Products

Availability: You can check online if the products you want to order are available. If a product is unavailable, you will be notified while placing your order.

Descriptions: Product descriptions and photos are provided for information purposes only. Cool&Simple reserves the right to modify them at any time.

Orders

Satisfaction Guaranteed: Customer satisfaction is Cool&Simple's priority. If, despite all our efforts, you are not completely satisfied with the product or service, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 438-862-8845 or by email at serviceclients@cool-simple.com and we will see how we can help you.

Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. All orders placed on cool-simple.com must be accepted by Les Surgelés Cool et Simple Inc. If your order is refused or cancelled, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will refund your invoice.

Changing or Cancelling an Order: If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at 438-862-8845 as soon as possible.

Secure Transaction: Payment by credit card is secure and the transaction is sent in encrypted mode to a bank validation server according to the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) protocol, making the transmission secure. Cool&Simple has no access to your credit card information.

Prices and Payment Terms

Price: We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without notice. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Taxes are charged on delivery feeds.

Payment Terms: We accept credit card payments. We will debit the amount of your order when it is placed.

Billing: You will receive your invoice by email when your order is processed by Cool&Simple.

Delivery Information

Delivery Hours and Days: Choose your range of delivery times when ordering.

Respect of the Cold Chain: Respecting the cold chain is our priority! We make sure your products stay frozen, from our freezers to your door. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your order will wait for you at your door.

Loyalty Program (Effective from August 30, 2024)

Starting August 30, 2024, a new loyalty program will be implemented to reward our loyal customers both online and in-store. This program has been designed to offer more exclusive deals and rewards throughout the year. It will replace the old loyalty program, which was only valid for in-store account holders. This new program offers equal or greater value compared to the old loyalty program, based on the points balance accumulated by the customer.

  1. Eligibility: The new loyalty program is open to all customers who create an account on our website or in-store. Customers who already have an in-store membership card are automatically eligible for the new program. Online customers with an existing account are also eligible.

  2. Point Accumulation: Customers will accumulate loyalty points for each purchase made. Points will be calculated based on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes and delivery fees.

  3. Rewards and Benefits: Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, free products, or other exclusive benefits. Specific details of rewards and the required point thresholds will be available on our website starting August 30, 2024.

  4. Point Validity: Accumulated loyalty points do not expire simply with the passage of time. However, if the account remains inactive (no points accumulation or redemption) for a period of one year, the accumulated points will expire. After this period of inactivity, expired points cannot be used.

  5. Point Tracking: Customers can track their loyalty points balance through their personal account on our website. Regular notifications will be sent to inform them of updates and special offers related to the loyalty program.

  6. Program Modifications: Cool&Simple reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the loyalty program, including methods of point accumulation, reward thresholds, and the nature of the benefits offered. Customers will be informed of any changes via our website and by email.

  7. Point Cancellation: Cool&Simple reserves the right to cancel accumulated loyalty points in cases of suspected fraud or non-compliance with the terms of use.

  8. Program Termination: Cool&Simple reserves the right to terminate the loyalty program at any time. Customers will be informed of the program termination at least 30 days in advance, and accumulated points can be used until the termination date. After this date, all unused points will be canceled.
