- 1 package Pork & Spinach Maultaschen
- 1 container Chicken Broth
- 2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
- Thaw the maultaschen and chicken broth in the refrigerator.
- In a saucepan, bring the broth to a gentle simmer. Add the maultaschen and heat for about 10 minutes over low heat.
- Meanwhile, cook the sliced onions in butter or oil over medium heat until golden and caramelized.
- In a small bowl, combine the green onions, chives and parsley.
- For the green oil, blend the oil and parsley until smooth.
- Serve the maultaschen in bowls with the hot broth. Top with caramelized onions, fresh herbs and drizzle with green oil if desired.
- Serve immediately.
