  • Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
    3. In a saucepan, heat chili over medium-high heat until steaming.
    4. Add spinach and cook for 1 minute until wilted.
    5. Add cooked macaroni and mix well.
    6. Transfer to a baking dish, top with shredded cheese, and bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
    7. Serve with a green salad topped with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
