  • Preparation

    1. Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
    2. Cook the gnocchi in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
    3. Arrange the salmon fillets, cherry tomatoes and frozen spinach on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
    5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, add the Boursin cheese and gently mix everything together to create a creamy sauce.
    6. Add the cooked gnocchi to the baking sheet and toss gently to coat everything in the sauce.
    7. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
