Heat on medium-high power for 4 minutes for 1/4 bag, 8 minutes for 1/2 bag or 14 to 16 minutes for the entire bag. Saucepan: Place the desired quantity of still frozen velouté in a saucepan. Heat over low heat for 1 min, then continue to heat over medium heat for 4 min for 1/4 bag, 6 min for 1/2 bag or 10 min for the entire bag. Stir regularly.
