Prep Time

Place the rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat to 350°F (180°C). Once the oven is ready, remove the scones from the freezer, select the desired quantity from the package and place them on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake 30 to 34 minutes or until lightly browned (convection oven: 325°F (162°C), 28 to 32 minutes). Let stand 5 to 10 minutes on the sheet so that the scones soak up all that butter. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge. For a better experience, reheat in a conventional or counter oven.
