Prep Time

For perfect preheating, preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C). If frozen: Allow 30 minutes to bake. If refrigerated: Allow 20 minutes to bake. Let cool for a few minutes after removing from the oven.

Quiche bien équilibré entre le brie et le fondant du poireau.
Je l’ai chauffé au Air Fryer à 370 C pendant 20 minutes environ. Elle est sortie bien croustillante et la garniture est restée bien fondante et moelleuse. Je conseille.

Tasty but cooking instructions were off

Following the instruction, I placed the quiche in a pre-heated 350F oven for 15 minutes. Upon cutting into it the middle was cold. I placed it in the air fryer at 350 for an additional 10 minutes. The instructions indicated would result in a cold pie.
