Bring 2 liters of water to a simmer. Add the still frozen ravioles to the simmering water. Stir gently with a slotted spoon. Never let the ravioles boil. Let simmer for 2 minutes only. Remove the ravioles with a slotted spoon. The ravioles are fragile, do not drain them in a colander. Serve topped with warm crème fraîche or a drizzle of olive oil.
