A French culinary classic, these tender chicken breast pieces are slowly simmered in red wine with carrots, onions, and mushrooms.

Saucepan (recommended): Remove the sachet from the box without defrosting. Fill a large saucepan ¾ with water and bring to a boil. Set the heat to low and immerse the unopened sachet in the water. Let it warm for around 20 minutes. If the product is already thawed, reduce the cooking time. Microwave: Thaw the product in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After defrosting, open the sachet and pour the contents into a microwave-safe dish. Cover it and heat through on high for 4 minutes. Stir, and cook for an additional 3 minutes with the lid removed.
