J'adore ces boulettes et la sauce, un peu cher mais c'est un régal!

Recette au veau vraiment réussie, texture des boulettes moelleuse comme en Italie, un produit dépanneur toujours au congélo chez nous.

Un peu decue.

La sauce est très bonne mais la textures des boulettes est étrange, comme vraiment trop molle et mixée. Je ne rachèterai pas.

C'est un non pour moi!

Taste and texture was just off for me!! Maybe separate from the sauce to allow us to brown the meatballs before?
