

Beef Cheek Naan Pizza

This fun twist on pizza uses soft naan bread as the base and is topped with tender braised beef cheek, caramelized onions and melty brie. A quick, comforting meal that highlights local flavours.

- 1 pack of Beef Cheek Confit
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 12 naan breads
- 2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
- Brie cheese slices, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
- In a large skillet, melt butter with the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook gently for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become soft, sweet and lightly browned.
- Reheat the braised beef cheek according to the instructions. Once warmed through, use a fork to shred it coarsely.
- .Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Arrange the naan bread on a baking sheet. Divide the caramelized onions and shredded beef cheek evenly across the naan, then top with slices of brie cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and just beginning to brown.
