  • Preparation

    1. In a bowl or food processor, mix the cream cheese with the raspberries and maple syrup until well combined. Refrigerate.
    2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Set aside.
    3. Using a knife, remove the crusts from the brioche slices.
    4. With a rolling pin, flatten each slice of brioche.
    5. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto one slice of brioche and top with another slice to form a sandwich. Press firmly together with your hands. Repeat with the remaining slices.
    6. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    7. Carefully dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides, then cook in the skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Repeat for each sandwich.
    8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
