Thaw in the refrigerator. Can be kept for 5 days in the refrigerator after defrosting. Never refreeze a thawed product. Can be eaten cold like a gazpacho. Simply stir after defrosting. To consume hot, place the thawed contents in a small saucepan over medium heat, cover and cook, 5 to 7 minutes, until hot. Can also be heated in the microwave: pour into a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
