With Thawing: Place frozen croissants on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, place them in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Preheat your oven to 180 °C / 360°F. Place the defrosted croissant half way up and cook for 15 to 17 min at 180°C / 360°F. Leave to cool for 10 min before enjoying them.
