Discover our Ocean Wise certified and wild caught Ahi Tuna Steaks. Skinless and already portioned, enjoy our tuna steaks by cooking them in the pan, in the oven or even steamed!
Defrost: Remove Ahi Tuna from vacuum pack and place on tray or plate. Loosely cover and place in refrigerator until steaks are thawed. Once thawed, cook within 24 hours.
To grill or pan sear: Preheat to medium - high heat. Prepare steaks with seasondings as desired and place on lightly oiled grill or pan. Cook steaks for 2-3 minutes per side depending on desired doneness.
