Prep Time
Defrost: Remove Ahi Tuna from vacuum pack and place on tray or plate. Loosely cover and place in refrigerator until steaks are thawed. Once thawed, cook within 24 hours. To grill or pan sear: Preheat to medium - high heat. Prepare steaks with seasondings as desired and place on lightly oiled grill or pan. Cook steaks for 2-3 minutes per side depending on desired doneness.

Bon thon

Ce dépannage est excellent, facile et rapide à préparer après décongélation au réfrigérateur la veille. Étant donné qu'elles sont congelées, ces darnes ont un goût plutôt neutre, il est donc recommandé de les agrémenter en les grillant bien avec des graines de sésame, du citron, des herbes ou une petite sauce.
