Thaw the meat in the fridge 24h in advance.
Barbecue: Preheat barbecue to 350°F. Remove meat from packaging and place directly on grill. Heat for 4 minutes on each side.
Oven: Preheat oven at 350°F. Remove meat and sauce from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 15 minutes.
Stovetop: Place package directly into simmering water for 15 minutes.
