Microwave oven: Pour half of the bag of still frozen green beans into a microwave-safe dish and add two tablespoons of water. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and microwave on high for 8 to 9 minutes.

Bons mais pas trop de cuisson car ils sont déjà précuits - le mode d'emploi conseil la poêle ou le micro-ondes mais devrait aussi prévoir combien de temps a la casserole avec eau bouillante
