Cooking instructions
Preheat oven to 165°C (325°F). Open the bag and place the frozen roast in an ovenproof dish. Bake in center of oven for 3 hours until center of roast has reached 165°F (74°C) and finish baking for 2 to 3 minutes under broiler until golden brown.
