How to prepare frozen turbot fillets
To prepare your frozen turbot fillets, let them thaw in cold water for about thirty minutes. Rinse the fillets and pat them dry. Next, prepare them according to your preferred cooking method!
Turbot can be prepared in soup, steamed, baked, in parchment paper, or grilled. On the plate, garnish with a sauce of your choice (spicy, creamy, tomato, mustard, etc.) or simply with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon!
