The beginning of a unique concept

In 2009 our team tested a small gourmet frozen food store concept in our office...a former textile factory in the up-and-coming Griffintown district, south of downtown Montreal. The subsequent spectacular transformation of this historic part of the city stimulated our creativity and inspired us to renew the image of frozen food. Today, our store has been replaced by the beautiful Richmond Market...and we love going back to feel the energy of this historic place!
