4. How do you deliver frozen products?

Maintaining the cold chain is our priority! We ensure your products remain frozen, from our freezers to your door. Your orders are delivered using our "freezer trucks" to maintain their freezing temperature throughout the entire journey.

5. I am stuck on my order, what should I do?

6. Will I be notified when my order arrives?

Yes, you'll receive an email the day before your order, then another one letting you know your order is arriving in less than 3 hours, and finally another one letting you know your order has been delivered. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive these messages.

PICKUP

1. Do you offer in-store pickup?

Of course! We offer FREE in-store pickup. Simply place your order online and select the In-Store Pickup option. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours when your order is ready for pickup.

2. My pickup order is ready, under what conditions is it stored while I wait for it to arrive?

All orders are kept at -18 degrees in our freezers.

3. I would like to change the date to pick up my order in store, is this possible?

Yes, this is entirely possible. We invite you to contact the store directly to notify them of this change.

4. I had chosen a date to pick up my order in store, but I received an email earlier to pick it up, what should I do?

Your order is ready for pickup. You can either pick it up now or wait for the date you selected when placing your order. Your order will be held for 48 hours after this date. After this time, it will be canceled and refunded to the payment method used when placing the order online.

5. How long do I have to pick up my pickup order?

When you choose the in-store pickup option, our team will hold your order for a maximum of 48 hours following the pickup date you selected when ordering online.

After this time, if you do not show up, the order will be automatically canceled without notice and a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.
