Preparation : 15 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
Cooking : 10 minutes
2 uncooked Cool & Simple all-butter croissants
2 slices of ham
2 to 4 slices of OKA raclette cheese (or any other raclette cheese)
A dash of maple syrup
Remove the croissants from the packaging and let them rest at room temperature for 10 minutes on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Half each uncooked croissant lengthwise with a sharp knife and insert cheese and ham. Close gently, pinching the croissant if necessary.
Preheat waffle iron to desired level of heat. Once waffle iron is ready, insert the stuffed croissants.
Cook for around 5 minutes (depending on the power of your waffle maker) until the croffles are golden brown
Serve right away with a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
