• Boulettes façon keftas bœuf et agneau Cool&Simple
• 4 pains naan
• 1 tomate, tranchée en quartiers
• 1 petit concombre, en rondelles
• 2 feuilles de laitue frisée
• ½ oignon rouge, finement tranché
• 1 c. à thé de vinaigre de cidre
• 1 c. à thé de sucre
• Eau bouillante
• ¼ tasse de tzatziki
• Preheat the oven to 400F.
• In a bowl, mix sugar and vinegar.
• Add the onions in the bowl, then pour boiling water to cover the onions. Mix well and let stand.
• Bake the keftas according to the instructions on the package.
• 4 minutes before the end, lightly moisten the naans and place them directly on the oven rack for 4 minutes.
• Remove the keftas and naans from the oven.
• Drain the onions.
• Spread the naans with tzatziki, then garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pickled onions and top with keftas.
• Serve alone or with a green salad.
