Tuna & Apple Croissant


2 butter croissants Cool&Simple

• 5 oz canned tuna in water, drained

• 3 tbsp of light mayonnaise

• ½ apple, roughly chopped

• ¼ cup celery, roughly chopped

• 1 scallion, chopped

• ½ tsp lemon zest

• Sel et poivre, au goût


• Bake croissants according to instructions on packaging.

• In a bowl, mix tuna with mayonnaise, apples, celery, scallions and lemon zest.

• Add salt and pepper to taste.

• Cut croissants open and split the tuna mix between the two sandwiches.

• Enjoy with crudités, a green salad or a vegetable soup.
