- 600g Gourmet Mac&Cheese
- 200g Sliced Leek
From the grocery store:
- Breadcrumbs (or panko)
1. Heat the three cheese gourmet macaroni according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, sauté the leeks over medium heat for 7–8 minutes.
3. Stir the mac n’ cheese and leeks in a baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
4. Put under the grill for a few minutes until the surface becomes crispy and golden. Sprinkle with parsley.
