
From Cool&Simple:
- Ocean Wise Certified Smoked Rainbow Trout slices, thawed
From the grocery store:
- 2 slices of focaccia breads
- Slices of cucumber
- Slices of red onion
- 4 Tbsp cream cheese
Heat the focaccia breads in the oven for 2 minutes at 200 ˚C (400 ˚F).
Spread the cream cheese and add smoked rainbow trout, cucumber and onion slices on half a focaccia bread, and top with the other half.
